Terms of Service

By creating an account or using FunnelLeaksHQ, you agree to these Terms. You must be able to form a binding contract and use the site lawfully and responsibly.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Credits are used to reveal leads, run funnel diagnosis reports, run prospect searches, generate audits, and export results. Credit packages and subscription plans are described on the Pricing page. Live searches, reports, exports, and dashboard tools require an account and available credits.

FunnelLeaksHQ provides conversion leak diagnosis, prioritized fix plans, copy rewrite suggestions, A/B test ideas, tracking checklists, and prospect research signals. Reports and search results are based on available public signals, user inputs, third-party data, and reasonable assumptions — they are not guarantees. We do not guarantee more leads, clients, replies, rankings, sales, revenue, or conversion growth. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, traffic quality, follow-up, and market conditions.

Business, contact, and audit information shown in reports or search results should be independently verified before outreach, publishing, or business decisions. FunnelLeaksHQ is a research and planning tool, not a source of verified or official data.

You agree not to:

• Use FunnelLeaksHQ to collect data unlawfully, scrape private or protected data, or violate a third party’s terms of service.
• Send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or messages that violate anti-spam laws such as CASL or CAN-SPAM.
• Misrepresent audit findings as guaranteed facts, official data, or verified claims.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Resell or redistribute reports or search data as a standalone data product without permission.

FunnelLeaksHQ relies on third-party services including Stripe (payments), hosting and database providers, lead-search data providers, and analytics/advertising partners. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

FunnelLeaksHQ, its branding, and its software are owned by Wade Digital. Reports and exports generated for your account are yours to use for your own business purposes.

FunnelLeaksHQ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wade Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or product, including lost leads, lost sales, or lost revenue.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including misuse of credits, unlawful data collection, or abusive behavior. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FunnelLeaksHQ after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
